Delivery Areas:

We currently deliver only within Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Angul, Sambalpur, Bargarh, Jharsuguda, limits using our own in-house delivery team to ensure the quality and freshness of every item.

Delivery Timings:

• Deliveries are made daily between 9 AM and 9 PM.
• For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 5 PM.
• Orders placed after 5 PM will be delivered the next day.

Delivery Charges:

• Free delivery on all orders

Order Processing:

• Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp.
• Our team carefully prepares and packs your order to maintain freshness and quality.
• You will be notified once your order is out for delivery.

Important Notes:

• Please ensure the delivery address and contact number provided is accurate.
• Our delivery team will attempt delivery only once. If the recipient is unavailable, the order may need to be picked up from our store.
• As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once delivered, unless there is a quality issue.
